Cedar Court Motel

I've been to Cedar Court several times over the past decade and a half for the second weekend of hunting. Our group always goes back because of the friendly easy service. A bit old fashioned with the old room keys, but always clean, warm and welcoming.

The best small town motel experience as you can find! Our experience: We flew into town on a small plane and arrived at night. Without having Uber/Lyft available, but the motel owner (Mike) drove their personal vehicle out to pick us up. The attached restaurant was closed, but they scrounged up some chips and salsa to get us fed! Then the next morning Mike drove us back to the airport. Curbside service door to door! Amazing courtesy and kindness from a locally owned business. If we’re ever flying over Kansas again and need a place to sleep, we’ll be staying here!

Was surprised at cleanliness, could not find a dust bunny. And I look. Beds were comfortable. Bedding all smelled and looked great..help was courteous and place is quiet. Will definitely be back.

I like to give credit due where it is due. I'm currently traveling through Northern kansas on hwy K-15 towards Washington, Kansas. I stopped in to take a break from the road here in Clay Center, Kansas. This is a clean and friendly town . I stopped in at the Cedar Court Motel located on Crawford street in Clay Center, kansas. I had the opportunity to meet a lady named Gwen who works the late morning and afternoon/evening front desk here at this Motel. I found her to be an incredibly nice down to earth person who treats people good and makes guests glad they stopped here. The same can be said about Nicole both are awesome gals who are an asset to this business. The Motel has an excellent Mexican Restaurant attached the the front Lobby called El Puerto. Very Top Notch great food and atmosphere. The Motel is clean, comfortable , quiet and affordable. I highly recommend this Motel to all Travelers coming through clay center Kansas. Dont pass this place up. Thumbs up to the Cedar Court Motel. Let's support our local mom and pop American run businesses as well as the great Mexican Restaurant as well.

Was in town for our daughter's wedding, nice clean and the staff is very friendly! Will be staying here again to visit our grandchildren! I would recommend others stay here. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!

To be honest the most clutch location for a motel. The rooms were alright nothing to be complaining and they were clean. Service on the other hand, AMAZING. The most helpful, nice and well mannered staff I’ve ever dealt with. They helped us during a blizzard, helped us get unstuck and drove us to the nearest store that was open for food. Gave us a room and helped us. Amazing place would stay there again. 10/10

The rooms were clean and the beds super comfy. There weren't random noises in the night, making for a good night's rest. Gal behind the counter (weekend evening shift) was super nice and helpful.

Great people clean quiet rooms. Here after a truck breakdown and they were very friendly and helpful. BTW the Mexican Restaurant on site is very good. Both rooms and food reasonably priced. Thanks for the Great stay

I stayed "on the hill". Although the rooms are a bit dated and carpet has had a few steps on them, this was a surprisingly comfy stay, especially for a small town. I LOVED the shower head, beds were comfy and rooms cleaner than most more expensive hotel chains. Its a quiet motel. I spend 60-80 nights a year in hotels-a lot of holiday inn, fairfield, extended stays, ect. This is attached to a very good mexican restaurant which is very reasonably priced, good mixed drinks, excellent food. People at the hotel are extremely extremely nice and want you to have a good stay. I will never hesitate to stay here again. If in the area again, I will be staying here

Mike, Sandy Lanita and the entire staff are so welcoming and wonderful. Super clean rooms. I really enjoy staying here and highly recommend!!!
